Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a senior quality/engineering leader with 10-15 years of experience in Automobile PV quality and manufacturing quality. You will drive accountability for resolution of critical field issues across vehicle systems and lead cross-functional integration to improve overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

BE / BTech and ME / MTech candidates with strong analytical skills, data analytics capabilities, root-cause analysis, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Primary Skills (Functional) Knowledge of Vehicle Systems, Concern analysis & resolution
• Skill of driving and identifying the concerns at vehicle / system - Expert Level
• Strong Analytical Skills to analyse the data and provide guidence for quick fix
• Data analytics, Root cause analysis, Prioritisation, Good Communication skills (written and spoken)
• Hand holding and capability building, Leading Cross Functional teams, Customer Centricity
• Behavioural skills Self-Motivated, Team work, resourceful, Creative, Collaborative, Agile, Leadership
