Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to shape requirements and guide solution delivery for Trading Platforms in the Trading and Supply domain.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, apply Agile methods, and translate supply chain-driven needs into practical functional outcomes. Responsibilities include eliciting problems, maintaining traceability, and guiding large design sessions across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of Business Analysis experience in Trading and Supply domain.
• Experience in requirement elicitation and BRD/FRD creation and maintenance.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to facilitate large design sessions.
• Experience working in Agile environments and guiding Product Owners.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business problems, value drivers, and requirements and translate into capabilities.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from business needs through testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers, designers, and developers to ensure requirements are met.
• Define acceptance criteria and verify solutions meet business needs through testing.
• Lead BA activities across deliveries and manage project scope within time and cost constraints.
