Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong cross-domain background to join our team. You will bridge business stakeholders and IT, driving elicitation, process optimization, and solution definition across complex initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in business analysis, exposure to AI-assisted practices, BPM, and the ability to manage stakeholders across functions to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and requirement gathering practices.
• Proficiency in authoring BRDs, FRDs, and Business Requirements Definition and Documentation.
• Knowledge of multiple domains such as Retail, BFSI, E-Commerce, P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, Oil & Gas, Health Care, Lifesciences, SCM, Manufacturing, ERP, and Energy Trading.
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation and documentation activities across complex business initiatives.
• Oversee requirement management and workflow processes end-to-end.
• Conduct As-Is discovery, define To-Be states, and drive BPM efforts.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance BA/PO activities as an AI-assisted and AI-enabled BA.
• Develop agents to support day-to-day BA/PO activities, where applicable.
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology functions to ensure alignment.
