Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst in Pune to drive end-to-end business process solutions with stakeholders, architects, and dev teams.

You will gather requirements, document current and future state processes, and create detailed specs for delivery, while refining user stories and maintaining a healthy backlog. The role requires 10–15 years of IT BA experience, expertise in Conga Q2C/CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM, and strong Agile/Azure DevOps familiarity.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of IT Business Analysis experience.
• Expertise in Conga Q2C/CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM business processes.
• Proficient in writing Functional Specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiar with Scrum, Agile, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with business and IT partners.
• Develop high-level solution concepts, wireframes, and resolve ambiguities.
• Create detailed Functional Specifications for the development team and refine user stories.
• Document current and future state processes with architects and tech leads.
• Support backlog grooming and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Train users and prepare training materials; assist with UAT and test cases.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
