Job summary

EPAM Systems in Chennai, India is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with deep knowledge of Conga CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM to partner with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver comprehensive business process solutions.

You will own requirements gathering, write functional specs and user stories, maintain the backlog, guide UAT, and drive continuous process optimization across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT business analysis experience.
• Familiarity with Conga Q2C CPQ, OTC O2C, or SAP SD/MM processes.
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and process mapping.
• Experience writing functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with IT and business partners.
• Create high-level solution concepts and wireframes.
• Draft detailed functional specifications for development and refine user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and validate deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, tech leads and stakeholders to map current and future state processes.
• Provide user training and maintain training materials.
• Develop test cases and support UAT.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

We're looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our team, someone with deep knowledge of Conga CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM business processes, who can partner with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver comprehensive business process solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Business, IT Business Partners, and Business Process Experts/Owners to gather and document business requirements
• Create high-level solution concepts and wireframes while partnering with the business to clarify unclear requirements
• Draft detailed Functional Specifications for the Dev team and refine user stories with acceptance criteria tracked in the DevOps tool
• Work alongside Architects and Tech Leads to document both current and future state processes
• Maintain and support the product backlog, continuously validating deliverables against established requirements
• Establish and nurture strong, productive relationships with key business stakeholders
• Adapt flexibly to evolving business needs and shifting priorities
• Deliver training to key users and ensure training and support materials remain available
• Develop test cases, assess test case coverage, and assist the business throughout UAT
• Spot opportunities for process improvements and support ongoing optimization initiatives

Requirements

• 10-15 years working as an IT Business Analyst

• Strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process mapping
