Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst in Maharashtra to drive requirements, process mapping, and solution design for Conga CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM domains. You will partner with stakeholders and development teams to articulate end-to-end processes and deliver prioritized backlogs.

The role requires 10-15 years of BA experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Agile methods and acceptance criteria. Collaboration with architects and business partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years IT Business Analyst experience.
• Familiarity with Conga Q2C CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM processes.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
• Proficient in writing functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of how IT enables end-to-end business processes; experience with Scrum/Agile and Azure DevOps.

We're looking for a seasoned Lead Business Analyst who brings deep knowledge of Conga CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM business processes to help us deliver comprehensive business process solutions by working closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Business, IT Business Partners, and Business Process Experts/Owners to gather and document business requirements
• Build high-level solution concepts and wireframes while partnering with the business to clear up ambiguity
• Draft detailed Functional Specifications for the Dev team and polish user stories with acceptance criteria tracked in the DevOps tool
• Map out current and future state processes alongside Architects and Tech Leads
• Maintain the product backlog and continuously validate deliverables against requirements
• Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with key business stakeholders
• Adapt flexibly as business needs and priorities shift
• Provide training to key users and ensure training and support materials remain accessible
• Develop test cases, assess test case coverage, and assist the business throughout UAT
• Spot opportunities to improve processes and support ongoing optimization initiatives
