Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. in India seeks a seasoned Lead IT Business Analyst to drive complex projects across Conga CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM processes.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, craft detailed specifications, and shape future-state designs. You will maintain the product backlog, write acceptance criteria, support UAT, and mentor teams in Agile practices using Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of IT Business Analyst experience.
• Familiarity with Conga Q2C CPQ, OTC O2C, or SAP SD/MM.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
• Able to write Functional Specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business, IT Business Partners, and Process Owners to document requirements.
• Draft Functional Specifications and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Map current and future state processes with Architects and Tech Leads.
• Maintain backlog and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Provide training and support materials; assist with UAT.
