Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Business Analyst in India to partner with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end business process solutions. You will document requirements, write specifications and user stories, and maintain the backlog while aligning with Scrum/Agile practices.

You will leverage Conga Q2C, OTC, or SAP SD/MM processes and contribute to training, UAT, and ongoing optimization across geographies.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years working as an IT Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with Conga Q2C (CPQ), OTC (O2C), or SAP SD/MM processes.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder mgmt, and process mapping.
• Skilled in writing Functional Specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of end-to-end IT solutions for business processes.
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business, IT partners and owners to gather and document requirements.
• Create high-level solution concepts and wireframes with business input.
• Draft detailed Functional Specifications and refine user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Work with architects to document current and future state processes.
• Maintain product backlog and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Deliver training and provide training materials for key users.
• Develop and review test cases and support UAT activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
