Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Business Analyst to drive requirements, process mapping, and solution design across Conga Q2C CPQ, OTC/O2C, or SAP SD/MM. You will partner with stakeholders, architects, and dev teams to deliver end-to-end business process solutions.

You will maintain the backlog, craft detailed specs, train users, and support UAT while adapting to evolving priorities and delivering ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years working as an IT Business Analyst
• Familiarity with Conga Q2C CPQ, OTC O2C, or SAP SD/MM processes
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process mapping
• Experience writing Functional Specifications and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Solid understanding of how IT supports end-to-end business processes; Scrum/Agile experience; Azure DevOps knowledge

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business, IT partners and process owners to gather requirements
• Create high-level solution concepts and wireframes with clear acceptance criteria
• Draft detailed Functional Specifications for the Dev team and refine user stories
• Maintain and support the product backlog and validate deliverables
• Deliver training and develop test cases; assist UAT and process optimization
