Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.

You will craft functional specs, write user stories, and shape acceptance criteria while aligning with end-to-end processes across Q2C, O2C, and SAP modules. You will drive backlog refinement, collaborate with architects, and deliver training and UAT support across global teams, adapting to evolving priorities and ensuring

Qualifications

• 10-15 years IT Business Analyst experience.
• Familiarity with Conga Q2C (CPQ), OTC (O2C), or SAP SD/MM business processes.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and business process mapping.
• Skilled in writing Functional Specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid grasp of how IT solutions support end-to-end business processes.
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Azure DevOps tools.
• Excellent soft skills and strong communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, and Process Experts to gather and document requirements.
• Create high-level solution concepts and wireframes with business input.
• Draft detailed Functional Specifications for Dev team and refine user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Work with Architects and Tech Leads to document current and future state processes.
• Maintain and validate the product backlog against requirements.
• Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Adapt to evolving needs and shifting priorities.
• Deliver training and maintain training materials for key users.
• Develop test cases and support UAT across the business.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and ongoing optimization.
