Job summary

Evode Private Limited seeks a high-responsibility leader to own the entire project lifecycle for large-scale housing projects. You will balance core design delivery with client relations, BD, budgeting, and team management.

Core duties include design conceptualization, detailed drawings, budget oversight, and coordinating with MEP/structural consultants. A strong portfolio and 5–8 years in core housing architecture are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 5–8 years of solid professional experience in an architectural firm with a proven track record in core building architecture/housing projects.
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills, technical proficiency, and structural conceptual clarity is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design & Production: Develop cutting-edge design concepts, presentations, and detailed working drawings for large-scale housing projects.
• Business Development & Client Management: Lead client interactions, maintain project relations, and actively identify growth opportunities.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track resource allocation, and oversee project financial flows.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, scale, and manage the in-house team; guide and groom junior architects.
• Consultant Coordination: Direct, manage, and extract high-quality deliverables from external consultants.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to ensure construction matches design intent, quality standards, and codes.

• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Lumion.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and Indian building codes (NBC).
• Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, technical proficiency, and structural conceptual clarity is mandatory.
