Purpose/Objective
Executive - Architecture Services supports architectural design execution, coordination, and review across multiple projects. The role involves assisting in design documentation, reviewing layouts, collaborating with internal teams (MEP, sales, construction), and ensuring project deliverables adhere to design specifications, regulatory standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Executive - Architecture Services Design Execution & Coordination: Assist in the preparation and review of architectural drawings, layouts, and agreement plans.
- Support the coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Track design changes and ensure proper documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Support & Site Coordination: Work closely with site teams to monitor the execution of architectural designs and ensure adherence to approved plans.
- Identify and report design-related challenges encountered during construction, facilitating resolutions with the design team.
- Conduct periodic site visits to verify architectural quality and consistency.
- Design Review & Compliance: Assist in reviewing architectural designs to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project-specific requirements.
- Support quality control by monitoring design modifications and ensuring proper approvals are obtained.
- Help in maintaining project documentation related to design approvals and compliance standards.
- Marketing & Sales Collaboration: Provide inputs to marketing and sales teams for the development of promotional materials, sales brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Assist in showcasing key architectural features to align with sales and customer expectations.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Documentation: Participate in internal review meetings and liaise with consultants, vendors, and internal teams for project updates.
- Document meeting discussions, track deliverables, and follow up on action items related to design execution.
- Support in preparing reports and presentations for project status updates.
- Key stakeholders – internal: Costing Team, Design Team, HR Liaison Team, Sales and Marketing Team, Project Team, Business Development, Legal; external: Vendors, Consultants.

Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Architecture (B. Arch.)
- Work Experience (Range of years): 4-8 Years; Preferred Industry: experience in architectural design and project coordination, with a minimum of 5 years managing multiple residential or mixed-use development projects.
- Skilled in collaborating with MEP, structural, landscape, and design teams to resolve on-site challenges and implement design modifications.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a strong understanding of certification processes, including IGBC.
