Designation- Project Lead - Architect

Job Description

• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
• 10-12 years of experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks etc.)
• Setting up of project during both stages viz., tender /proposal and execution stage. This shall include interaction with clients /client representative and other stakeholders (external and internal) to ascertain their needs and develop design-based reports, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.
• Setting up of project shall also include time-lines with respect drawing delivery schedule and its concurrence by all stake holders external and internal. Preparation & approval of method & design QA statements, acceptable and signed off by all stakeholders.
• Review all designs with the team and partners and get necessary support and coordination from other functions including MEP, structure and technology, construction functions.
• Study/evaluate/propose the Architectural concept design schemes, specifications, and Design Based Report.
• Propose/ Monitor cost reduction initiatives from a design perspective at all stages of design.
• Review, document, record cost implications of change requests and formalize the same with client. Preparation of tender documentation package including Tender drawings, specifications, BOQ & Cost estimate
• Preparation of Construction Documentation including working drawings, specifications etc.
• Providing architectural inputs during all design phases including interpretation and challenge of standards.
• Able to prepare monthly progress reports with respect to design to monitor/review delivery schedule.
• To support procurement for float enquiry, Techno-commercial evaluation of bids/quotation, negotiation/ discussion with vendors, preparation & approval of material submittals.
• Participate in the Technical review, site visits for quality with respect to design adherence and progress review of the projects.
• Manage the team of Architects and draftsman to ensure the timely completion of design activities. Carry out appraisals; assess capability, and training needs of individuals in the function.
• Experience on costing & budgeting of civil items. Should be well-versed with architectural design software i.e. Revit Architecture, Autocad, Google Sketch up etc

Working days - 5 Days - Monday to Friday
