Job summary

JobItUs in Mumbai seeks an experienced Architect to lead projects from concept to completion. You will prepare concepts, drawings, and documents while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and design integrity.

The role requires 7–12 years in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects, with strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• 7–12 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Strong experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office, and presentation tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building codes, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule - Mon - Friday -( 1st and 3rd Sat off )

Time - 9:00 to 5:00 Pm

Location - Grant Road, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
