Job summary

Elematic India is seeking a senior architectural professional to lead and review architectural planning for large-scale projects. You will coordinate with structural, precast, MEP, BIM, and execution teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and building standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in precast construction, building systems, and international projects, with strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Senior architectural professional with 1018 years of experience and strong MNC exposure.
• Experience in precast construction, building systems, engineering consultancy, infrastructure, industrial projects, or international project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review architectural planning, concepts, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for large-scale projects.
• Develop architectural solutions considering functionality, aesthetics, constructability, cost optimization, and project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, precast, MEP, BIM, project, and execution teams.
• Review client drawings, tender documents, technical specifications, and architectural requirements.
• Ensure architectural designs are effectively integrated with precast concrete systems and construction methodologies.
• Provide architectural inputs for precast layouts, faades, building envelopes, and architectural detailing.
• Lead design coordination and review meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential design conflicts and ensure timely resolution through effective multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, design standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and recommend technically feasible and cost-effective architectural solutions.
• Coordinate with international and cross-functional teams while ensuring adherence to organizational and global design standards.
• Provide technical and architectural support to Sales, Estimation, Design, Projects, and Execution teams during different stages of the project.
• Support client presentations, technical discussions, and design-related meetings whenever required.
• Mentor and guide junior architects/design team members and ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
