Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited is seeking a Manager- Launch Planning to lead service trial activities for new vehicle programs, ensuring product readiness, serviceability, and field robustness before launch.

The role requires planning and executing trials on various vehicle stages, evaluating performance under diverse conditions, and driving issue resolution with engineering teams to improve future programs.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics engineering.
• 7–9 years experience in technical support in Automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute service trials on prototype, pilot, and production-intent vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle evaluations across diverse operating conditions to assess performance, reliability, diagnostics, serviceability, and customer experience.
• Identify potential field issues and drive timely resolution before launch.
• Track concerns to closure through structured reviews with engineering teams.
• Feed product reliability and serviceability improvements into future vehicle programs.

• Around 7 to 9 years experience in technical support in Automotive industry
