Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited in Chennai is seeking a Manager- Diagnostics Development to work with the R&D team to develop diagnostic procedures, advanced diagnostic tools and improve repair quality at dealer workshops.

You will lead the creation of diagnostic procedures for new models, wiring manuals, and collaborate with field technicians to capture best practices, analyze field failures, and validate tools before release.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive diagnostics and trouble shooting.
• Ability to analyze field failure reports and derive solutions.
• Familiarity with DFMEA processes and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for manuals.
