Job summary

The role involves creating detailed landscape plans, planting plans, and 3D models, while resolving design coordination issues and producing project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–3 years of landscape modeling and documentation experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools such as Revit.
• Experience with landscape projects in commercial sectors preferred.

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Modeler with 2–3 years of relevant experience in commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate landscape models, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with architects, landscape designers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of project requirements.

• Develop detailed landscape BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, or other relevant software.
• Prepare landscape plans, layouts, hardscape, softscape, planting plans, and detailed drawings.
• Develop 3D models and coordinate landscape elements with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Assist in identifying and resolving design and coordination issues.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, details, and documentation as per project requirements.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and BIM requirements.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the team in resolving technical issues.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned modeling and documentation tasks.
