Job summary

Egis in Gurugram, Haryana invites a BIM Architect with 2–3 years of experience on commercial projects to join our multidisciplinary team. You will develop architectural BIM models, produce drawings, and ensure coordination with Structural and MEP disciplines.

Proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD is required; Navisworks familiarity is a plus. The role emphasizes BIM standards, coordination, and timely deliverables within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural BIM modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
• Experience in commercial projects such as offices, hotels, hospitals, retail, or mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture.
