Job summary

Egis Road Operation India is seeking a skilled Landscape Modeler to develop detailed BIM landscape models using Revit and AutoCAD, and to prepare landscape plans for commercial projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and landscape designers to ensure accurate, timely documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of landscape modeling experience, strong BIM coordination skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in landscape modeling and documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM/modeling software such as Revit.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and BIM coordination processes.
• Understanding of landscape design elements (hardscape, softscape, planting, site development).
• Experience on commercial projects such as hotels, hospitals, offices, retail, mixed-use developments, or large developments is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape plans, layouts, hardscape, softscape, planting plans, and detailed drawings.
• Develop 3D models and coordinate landscape elements with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Assist in identifying and resolving design and coordination issues.
• Prepare drawings, schedules, details, and documentation as per project requirements.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and BIM requirements.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the team in resolving technical issues.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned modeling and documentation tasks.
