Qualified Architect supporting architectural design development, CAD/BIM modeling, and documentation of construction projects across various sectors. Responsibilities include developing project designs, producing presentation drawings and sketches, solving design complexities, and leading specific aspects of the project and project team to complete all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and review drawings ensuring incorporation of design intent, under guidance of the Project Lead or senior leader.
• Implement project design concepts, BIM/CAD modelling, sketches, research, data collection, presentations, and reports.
• Work on multiple projects, exploring new design solutions, meeting deadlines and budgets, and utilizing available resources.
• Interact with country‑based clients, participate in project development, and present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Prepare, manage, and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, and details per project standards and archive appropriately.
• Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established design standards and assist in project scope, plans, and services during contracting.
• Prepare 2D and 3D presentations, design drawings, and renderings.
• Assist Project Designers and Project Architects with concept design development process.

Task and/or People Management

• Assist the lead team during documentation and production, providing guidance and support.
• Manage design tasks and deliverables, reporting progress against the design programme to the project lead.
• Report on programme progress and associated risks.
• Follow organizational values and exhibit appropriate behaviours.
• Manage time efficiently and contribute to team meetings reviewing the design programme.
• Assist in managing junior colleagues, trainees, or interns when needed.

Business & Financial

• Support the Project Lead in developing the project execution plan and forecasting resources.
• Provide input on project programming and financial planning.

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills: Architectural Design and Detailing, Revit, AutoCAD.

Desirable Skills: Working Drawings, Architectural Design, RevIT, construction documentation, architecture, Detail Drawings.
