Job summary

Egis Road Operation India invites a BIM Architect with 2–3 years of experience in commercial projects to join our team in Gurugram. You will develop architectural BIM models, prepare drawings, and coordinate with structural and MEP teams to deliver high-quality BIM deliverables.

Responsibilities include managing design development and construction documentation, resolving clashes, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project requirements within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
