Qualifications

• Experience in landscape design with emphasis on plantscaping and biophilic design.
• Strong understanding of plant species suitable for tropical climates (Mumbai).
• Ability to develop concept visuals, planting plans, and material palettes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site visits and spatial assessments.
• Develop concept presentations, mood boards, and reference image decks.
• Prepare planting plans, layout drawings, and AutoCAD-based technical plans.
• Create high-quality spatial compositions for balconies, lobbies, and feature walls.
• Develop BOQs and plant schedules; coordinate with horticulturist and procurement.
• Supervise installation and ensure final aesthetic execution on site.

We are looking for a Landscape Architect who understands that aesthetics are not accidental. The ideal candidate must combine strong plant knowledge with spatial intelligence, material sensitivity, and refined design judgment. This role is design-intensive. It involves concept development, detailed planning, client interaction, on-site supervision, and final aesthetic execution. Responsibilities
