nCircle Tech Private Limited in Pune is seeking a skilled Landscape Architect with 3+ years of professional experience and hands-on expertise in Revit to support landscape projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The candidate will be responsible for design documentation, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality landscape solutions from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of professional landscape design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong plant design, levels, grading, and drainage concepts.
• Ability to interpret architectural and civil drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and design quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape designs from concept through detailed design stages using Revit.
• Prepare 3D models, drawings, planting layouts, grading plans and details.
• Coordinate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and MEP teams.
• Produce BOQs, technical specifications, and presentation drawings.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and comply with bylaws and client requirements.
• Support site coordination and respond to execution-stage queries.
• Maintain organized Revit models and drawing standards.

Job Summary

• Develop landscape designs from concept, schematic, and detailed design stages using Revit
• Prepare 3D models, construction drawings, planting layouts, grading plans, and details
• Coordinate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and MEP teams
• Produce BOQs, technical specifications, and presentation drawings
• Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices
• Ensure drawings comply with local bylaws, codes, and client requirements
• Participate in design reviews and client presentations
• Support site coordination and respond to execution-stage queries
• Maintain organized Revit models and drawing standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in landscape design
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
