Job summary

Adani Transmission seeks a Senior Landscape Architect to lead design and feasibility studies for large-scale infrastructure projects in Mumbai. You will oversee research on environment, land use, and regulations, coordinate with PMO, and manage budgets and timelines.

By applying AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Revit, you will drive digitization and automation, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver detailed reports and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and parametric planning and design tools.
• Experience in a consulting or design firm with any professional qualification in sustainable design would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on environmental conditions, land use, and zoning regulations.
• Conduct thorough research on local flora and fauna to ensure appropriate plant selection.
• Analyze environmental impact assessments to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated with current design trends, technologies, and regulations.

• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality of work.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project delays and issues.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed institute and Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputed institute in India or abroad.

Work Experience (Range of years):

12+ years of experience with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and parametric planning and design tools.

Preferred Industry:

Experience in a consulting or design firm with any professional qualification in sustainable design would be an advantage.
