Job summary

Gardenup Online is seeking a Landscape Project Manager based in Mumbai to oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution for on-site landscape installations. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate with vendors and nurseries, conduct quality audits, and handle stakeholder communications, billing, and handovers.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in landscape project management, with strong Excel and AutoCAD skills, BOQ interpretation abilities, and a willingness to travel within

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in landscape, horticulture, or plantscape project management (ideally 12 years on-site + 2 years in project support/management).
• Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Botany, Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, or Landscape Architecture.
• Strong MS Excel skills, ability to read BOQ and landscape drawings, and interpret quantities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in landscape, horticulture, or plantscape project management (ideally 12 years on-site + 2 years in project support/management).

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Botany, Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, or Landscape Architecture.

• Technical Skills:
• Advanced MS Excel skills (trackers, measurement sheets, lookups, pivot tables).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (reading, measuring, marking up landscape drawings, and quantity take-offs).
• Ability to interpret BOQ line items and technical drawings.

• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of plant species, pot/planter types, soil media, irrigation setups, and site suitability.
• Based in Mumbai / MMR and willing to travel across site locations; personal vehicle is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, self-driven, and disciplined with documentation.
