Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability of Men & Material for daily export operations and packing per plan.
  • Plan and execute export-related manufacturing activities to achieve daily targets with minimal defects.
  • Plan and implement TPM systems to achieve highest Overall Line Efficiency and sustain.
  • Coordinate maintenance facilities on conveyor with Maintenance team.
  • Interface with QA / PPC / Mfg. Engineering for day-to-day shop activities and improvements.
  • Interface with IB / Transporter / Packing material vendors for smooth export dispatches.

  1. 1. To ensure availability of Men & Material for executing daily export operations / packing of 2WHproducts as per plan.
  2. 2. Plan and execute all export related manufacturing activities to achieve daily targets without any defects from conveyor.
  3. 3. Plan and implement TPM systems in work area to achieve highest OLE (Over all Line Efficiency) and sustain.
  4. 4. Ensure availability of all facilities on conveyor including special tools, equipment’s for smooth production.
  5. 5. Coordinate activities related to maintenance with Maintenance team.
  6. 6. Plan manufacturing of new / upgraded product batches for various countries as per plan (Pre-pilot, pilot etc.)
  7. 7. Interface (internal) with QA / PPC / Mfg. Engineering for day to day activities of shop and for improvement projects.
  8. 8. Interface (External) with IB / Transporter / Packing material vendors for smooth export dispatches
  9. 9. Plan and implement pokayoke and automation proposals in work area for PQCDSM improvements and material flow/handling improvements.
  10. 10. Plan and implement cost reduction proposals for packaging material and energy conservation at the work area.
  11. 11. Ensure implementation of 5S & housekeeping standards in the shop.
  12. 12. Guide cell members on daily issues and get the work done from them more effectively.
  13. 13. Ensure safe working conditions & culture in the work area to prevent any type of accidents.
