Parkar Global Technologies is looking for an L1 Application Network Support Monitoring to join the Operations team in Ahmedabad. You will monitor applications, servers, and network systems in real time, respond to alerts, and ensure timely escalation per defined processes.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential. You will perform basic troubleshooting, log incidents, and follow SOPs to maintain SLA adherence in a rotating 24x7 shift environment.

Formación

• 0.6 - 1 year / Fresher / Recent graduate (IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
• Willing to work in night shifts and weekend rotations.
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, MS Defender, etc.).
• Basic understanding of ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Knowledge of Linux or Windows basic commands.
• Awareness of ITIL or incident management concepts.

Responsabilidades
