Job summary

Navlakha Management Services in Gurgaon seeks a motivated NOC/SOC Analyst L1 to monitor IT infrastructure, networks and security events, perform initial troubleshooting, and manage incident tickets within defined SLAs.

You will coordinate with L2/L3 teams, maintain shift handover reports, and follow SOPs and security guidelines while working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux, and IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of monitoring, incident management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Wazuh, Zabbix, Grafana, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
