Job summary

Licious is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Trainer for the Blr Production Center to drive training programs across the production facility. You will own end-to-end initiatives, conduct inductions, assessments, and deliver a range of operational, behavioral and compliance trainings.

The role focuses on building workforce capability, improving efficiency, and ensuring standards while coordinating with HR, Operations and Central L&D for alignment.

Qualifications

• Own and drive end-to-end training initiatives.
• Conduct induction and onboarding for new joiners.
• Deliver functional, behavioral, safety, process and compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through stakeholder input, audits and performance gaps.
• Design and implement refresher and on-the-job training programs.
• Drive cross-functional skill development and machine certification for shop floor staff.
• Deliver mandatory programs including food safety, POSH and other compliance requirements.
• Ensure training coverage and effectiveness for all production center staff.
• Track and report training metrics to Operations, HR and L&D teams.
• Collaborate with Ops, HR and Central L&D to align learning with business needs.
• Maintain the PC training calendar, scheduling, execution and records.
• Drive continuous content improvement and delivery methods.

We are looking for a Regional Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer who will be responsible for driving all training initiatives across the Blr Production Center (PC). The role focuses on enhancing workforce capability, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent training standards.

• Own and execute end-to-end training initiatives for NCR PC
• Conduct induction and LTO and role-based assessments for new joiners
• Deliver functional, behavioral, food safety, process, compliance and skill-based training
• Identify training needs through stakeholder interactions, operational requirements, audits and performance gaps
• Design and implement refresher and on the job training programs
• Drive multiskilling, cross-functional skill development and machine certification for shop floor employees
• Conduct mandatory training programs including food safety, POSH and other compliance requirements.
• Ensure training coverage and effectiveness for all PC Licians
• Track and report training metrics
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Central L&D teams to align learning initiatives with business and compliance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in training content and delivery
• Manage the PC training calendar, scheduling, execution and training records.
• Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: HR / Training / Operations)
• 2–5 years of experience in L&D / Training
• Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Operations preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
