Job summary

Adeeshi Solutions is hiring an L&D Manager to design, deliver, and measure learning programs that build technical and professional capability for our teams and client-facing staff. You'll own onboarding, upskilling tracks, and training effectiveness across the organization.

You'll partner with engineering and delivery leads to identify skill gaps, manage the LMS, and drive ROI through assessments and career development frameworks. This hybrid role supports growth across our India operations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in L&D or instructional design in tech/IT services.
• Strong facilitation and curriculum-building skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and adult-learning methodologies.
• Data-oriented approach to measuring training ROI and impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs covering technical skills, soft skills, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field; certification in instructional design is a plus
