Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure in Pune seeks an experienced Stewarding Manager to lead the Stewarding team and uphold the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards across Back of House areas. You will supervise stewarding staff, manage supplies, equipment, and par stocks, ensure water/chemical levels, and prepare monthly shortage and budget reports while enforcing SOPs.

• 8–9 years of experience in stewarding or related field in a five-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness standards and schedule adherence; supervise staff and supplies.
• Monitor water temperature, chemical levels, par stocks, and storeroom requisitions.
• Prepare monthly reports on shortages and budgets; ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Disciplinary procedures and documentation per SOPs.

• Supervise the duties of all stewarding employees, facilities, operation and costs.
• Ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented.
• Ensure minimum and maximum operating par stocks and supplies and approve storeroom requisition.
• Ensures all food holding and transport equipment is in working order. Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
• Prepare monthly reports on shortages in china silverware and equipment and requisition replacements as required while following budget guidelines.

Minimum Qualification

University/College degree in a related discipline as an asset.

Minimum Job Experience

8-9 years of experience in related field and in of five star hotel.
