Job summary

Hyvision India Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a Korean Interpreter/Translator to bolster its HR department, facilitating Korean-English communication for management, employees, candidates, vendors, and internal teams.

The role covers interpretation, document translation, and HR coordination. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience, strong Korean and English skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to handle confidential information while supporting onboarding and recruitment

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience as Korean Interpreter, Korean Translator, or Korean Language Specialist.
• Good Korean and English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR activities will be preferred.
• Ability to support meetings, document translation, and employee coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide Korean to English and English to Korean interpretation for HR meetings, employee discussions, interviews, and management communication.
• Translate HR documents, emails, notices, policies, reports, employee communication, and official correspondence.
• Support HR team in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee communication, and documentation.
• Assist Korean management in understanding HR-related discussions, employee matters, and internal communication.
• Coordinate with employees, candidates, vendors, and internal departments as required.
• Prepare translated meeting notes, action points, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information, HR documents, and management discussions.
• Support cross-cultural communication between Korean and Indian teams.
