Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Kitchen Associate to support daily kitchen operations. Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen hygiene, food preparation, and assisting in meal assembly while adhering to food safety rules.

The ideal candidate should have at least a high school education, be physically fit, disciplined, and willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Flexibility for break shifts is required. One meal is provided per shift, with two meals for those on break shifts.

Job Title

Job Overview

As a Kitchen Associate, your main responsibility is to support daily kitchen operations. This includes keeping your station clean, following food safety rules, helping with basic prep work, and assisting in food preparation while maintaining good quality. You'll also help with sanitisation and hygiene in the kitchen. Packing and dispatch may be done occasionally, only when required. One meal (Rice + Indian Curry) is provided per shift. Employees working in break shifts will receive 2 meals.

Operating Hours

Store Operating Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM

Working Shift Hours: Candidate must be open to working in break shifts, which run in 2 parts: Morning: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM || Evening: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Regular Shift Duration: 10 hours

Key Responsibilities
