Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional for Sales Order Processing and Management using SAP or equivalent ERP software. The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of experience in sales order management, order processing, data handling, and coordination with internal teams. Candidates with a technical background, strong data management skills, and e-commerce experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders using SAP or equivalent ERP/order management software.
• Create, verify, update, and track sales orders while ensuring data accuracy.
• Handle order entry, order modifications, cancellations, and returns as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, inventory, logistics, dispatch, and finance teams.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
• Maintain customer, product, pricing, and order-related data in ERP systems.
• Analyze order data, identify discrepancies, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Manage large volumes of order data while maintaining accuracy and turnaround times.
• Support e-commerce order processing, marketplace operations, and order reconciliation, where applicable.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to order processing workflows.
• Resolve order-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP b1 or equivalent ERP/order management software.
• Excellent knowledge of sales order processing and order lifecycle management.
• Good data management, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to work with business systems and large datasets.
• Experience handling high-volume orders and maintaining data accuracy.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce order management systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA or BBA Marketing Finance graduate.
• A technical or IT-related background is preferred due to the data-intensive nature of the role.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in sales order processing, order management, sales operations, or ERP operations.
• E-commerce experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience with SAP B1 or equivalent ERP systems such as Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar order management platforms.
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms, marketplace orders, returns, cancellations, and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of order-to-delivery processes and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.
