Zenatix by Schneider Electric in Gurugram, India, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to handle sales orders and contracts in SAP, generate Proforma Invoices (PIs) for advance payments, and prepare contract status reports for the Account Management team.

You will ensure data accuracy, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, validate pricing and payment terms, and maintain documentation to support audits and process compliance.

Qualificações

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Qualification B.Com from a reputed university

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain Sales Orders and Contracts in SAP.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and contract data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and contract-related issues.
• Generate Proforma Invoices (PIs) for advance payment collection.
• Validate pricing, customer details, and payment terms before issuance.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders for invoice-related clarifications.
• Contract Status Reporting
• Prepare and share periodic Contract Status Reports with the Account Management (AM) Team.
• Track contract milestones, renewals, amendments, and closures.
• Highlight pending actions and risks to concerned stakeholders.
• Documentation & Process Compliance
• Maintain proper records of contracts, sales orders, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational processes and documentation standards.
• Support audits and data validation activities as required.

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support Sales Operations activities. The role involves creating sales orders and contracts in SAP, generating Proforma Invoices (PIs) for advance payments, and preparing contract status reports for the Account Management team.

Preferred Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Contract Management, or Order Processing.
• Experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module will be an added advantage.
