Job summary

BIBA Fashion Limited is seeking a detail-oriented SAP/MIS Executive to join the E-commerce Operations team in Gurgaon. You will manage SAP transactions, prepare MIS reports, monitor inventory, and support day-to-day e-commerce operations with accurate data analysis.

The role requires 1–4 years in SAP/MIS or e-commerce operations, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for data accuracy. Collaboration with warehouse, finance, merchandising, and e-commerce teams is essential to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, BA, or IT with relevant SAP/MIS experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in SAP ops, MIS reporting, or e-commerce ops.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, SUMIFS) and data analysis.
• Knowledge of inventory, stock reconciliation, and order fulfilment processes.
• Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and order management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• SAP Operations: Manage day-to-day SAP transactions related to inventory, stock movement, sales orders, purchase orders, and other e-commerce activities.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales, inventory, orders, returns, and performance.
• E-commerce Operations: Coordinate with the e-commerce team to track order processing, dispatches, returns, and fulfilment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, discrepancies, transfers, and reconciliation between SAP and e-commerce platforms.
• Sales Analysis: Track online sales, product-wise sales, SKU-level performance, and key metrics.
• Data Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across SAP, Excel, and e-commerce platforms.
• Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile inventory, sales, returns, and order data to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordination: Work with warehouse, finance, merchandising, and e-commerce teams for smooth processes.
• Dashboard Preparation: Develop Excel dashboards to support reporting and decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps, automate reports, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain records of SAP transactions, reports, and reconciliations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical SAP/MIS Executive to join our E-commerce team at BIBA Fashion Limited. The candidate will be responsible for managing SAP transactions, preparing and maintaining MIS reports, monitoring inventory and order-related data, and supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations through accurate reporting and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Operations: Manage day-to-day SAP transactions related to inventory, stock movement, sales orders, purchase orders, and other e-commerce operational activities.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, inventory, orders, returns, cancellations, and operational performance.
• E-commerce Operations: Coordinate with the e-commerce team to track order processing, dispatches, returns, and order fulfilment.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, inventory discrepancies, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation between SAP and e-commerce platforms.
• Sales Analysis: Track online sales performance, product-wise sales, SKU-level performance, and other key business metrics.
• Data Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across SAP, Excel reports, and e-commerce platforms.
• Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of inventory, sales, returns, and order-related data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse, finance, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Dashboard Preparation: Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify reporting gaps, automate repetitive reports wherever possible, and improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain proper records of SAP transactions, reports, reconciliations, and other operational data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in SAP operations, MIS reporting, or e-commerce operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP MM, SD, or relevant inventory and sales modules.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
• Understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, sales reporting, and order fulfilment processes.
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces and order management systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
