Position: Key Account Operator - Quick Commerce

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Key Account Operator - Quick Commerce for a fast-growing healthy food manufacturing company based out of Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will manage and scale our brand's presence across major quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and others. This role requires a data-driven individual who excels at Q-Commerce operations, platform advertising optimization, and direct coordination with platform Category Managers.

Key Information

• Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years in Q-Commerce operations or key account management
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 30 Days max

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Operations & Relationship Management:
• Handle end-to-end day-to-day operations across key Q-Commerce channels (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.).
• Maintain strong working relationships and coordinate regularly with platform Category Managers.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute new product/SKU listings, brand pages, and product activations on all platforms.
• Inventory Management & Supply Chain Vetting:
• Track product availability, dark-store coverage, stock-outs, and fill rates across regional hubs continuously.
• Proactively resolve stock-out scenarios or supply delays by aligning with internal supply chain and platform teams.
• Drive geographical expansion initiatives into new target cities and dark-store networks.
• Performance Marketing & Margin Optimization:
• Strategy, setup, and optimization of platform-sponsored ads, banner placements, and visibility campaigns.
• Monitor performance marketing metrics, strictly tracking Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and ad-driven conversions.
• Analyze platform-level and SKU-level margins, profitability, and sales numbers to execute margin-friendly discount and promo strategies.

Candidate Profile & Key Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience handling sales, key account management, or operations for Q-Commerce channels within the FMCG or food/beverage sector.
• Q-Commerce Ecosystem: Clear understanding of dark store mechanics, platform dashboards, portal operations, and listing rules.
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with numbers, sales metrics, inventory data, ROAS, and profit margin analysis.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to deal effectively with external Category Managers and internal stakeholders.
