Job summary

OYO is seeking a seasoned Holiday Packages Operations professional in India to drive end-to-end holiday solutions for domestic and international destinations. You will manage premium client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

You will optimize supplier performance and costs while maintaining operational efficiency, track performance metrics, and contribute to continuous process improvement in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in holiday packages operations or travel industry roles.
• Strong understanding of destinations, suppliers, and holiday pricing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
