Job summary

FABINDIA LIMITED is seeking a highly driven Key Accounts Manager - E Commerce to manage accounts across Blinkit, Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart. The role emphasizes Excel-driven data management and cross-functional coordination to streamline day-to-day operations.

You'll liaise with merchandising, operations, PSC and marketing teams to track performance, manage inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment while resolving discrepancies with channel partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are mandatory.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless process flow.
• Experience with e-commerce accounts and channel partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Data Management: Maintain and update daily/weekly performance reports (sales, sell-through, marketing).
• Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with merchandising, operations, PSC and marketing; ensure alignment and timely closure of discrepancies and claims.
• Marketplace Operations: Ensure catalog accuracy, pricing updates, and coordination for new product introductions and marketing activations.

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven Key Accounts Manager - E Commerce

(Accounts- Blinkit, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart )

Operations to support and streamline day-to day operations across multiple quick-commerce channels. The fundamental requirement for the role is strong Excel skills, along with attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless process flow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain and update daily/weekly performance reports - sales, sell-through, marketing etc
• Track sales, inventory, and order metrics across channels
• Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting

2. Cross-functional Coordination

• Liaise with merchandising, operations, PSC & marketing teams
• Ensure alignment across teams for smooth operations
• Track returns (RTV & RTO) and coordinate resolution with channel partners
• Ensure timely closure of discrepancies and claims
• Ensure timely PO processing
• Work closely with Ops and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch & track delivery
• Resolve operational issues related to delays, returns, cancellations

5. Marketplace Operations

• Ensure in sync with the catalog team for accurate cataloging, pricing, and product information updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for new product introductions and updates
• Support execution of marketing activations, promotions, offers, and new product initiatives
