Job summary

McNROE is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Associate in Gurugram to manage product listings and content for multiple platforms. You will coordinate with content and design teams, monitor orders, and work with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely dispatch and accurate stock levels.

The role involves collaborating with marketplace managers, supporting promotional campaigns, and preparing sales reports. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace handling.
• Familiar with Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings on major e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with warehouses for timely delivery.
• Liaise with marketplace managers to resolve issues.
• Support campaigns by uploading coupons and deals.

Role & responsibilities

• Product Listing & Content Management
  • Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Smytten, Myntra etc.)
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Order & Inventory Management
  • Monitor and process orders across all platforms
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery
  • Manage FBF shipments/ stock level
  • Update stock levels and coordinate with procurement
• Platform Coordination
  • Liaise with marketplace account managers (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) for issue resolution
  • Assist in onboarding new platforms or features
• Campaign Support
  • Support digital marketing teams with promotional activities and campaign execution
  • Upload coupons, deals, and offers during sales
• Reporting
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
  • Track order status, returns, and customer feedback

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
