Job summary

Supreme SCS Private Limited in Delhi is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive who understands warehouse and transportation operations and can coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service. You will handle day-to-day coordination, follow up on dispatches, and prepare basic reports while maintaining clear email communications and documentation.

The role requires 2–5 years of logistics experience and a Graduate degree; this is an on-site position at Pitampura.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in Logistics / Transportation / Warehousing / 3PL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client coordination via calls and emails.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for smooth operations.
• Understand ground-level warehouse and transportation operations.
• Follow up on dispatches, deliveries, issues, and requirements.
• Prepare basic MIS and reports in MS Excel.
• Maintain communication and documentation through email.
• Identify issues and coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Provide regular updates to clients and management.
