Position Summary

The Junior System Administrator position, reports directly to the Technical Team Lead, investigates, and resolves elementary software and hardware issues remote support with assistance from seasoned engineers. The Junior Helpdesk System Administrator is also responsible for service request management, working directly with the enterprise end users assisting in support and implementation of technology solutions.

Education and Qualifications

• Freshers can also apply.
• Minimum one year of experience in dealing with international clients.
• Experience of working with teams of English‑speaking countries.

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of PowerShell and RPA tools.
• Basic Understanding of APIs, JSON, REST, SOAP, webhooks, etc.
• Knowledge of one of the DB languages -- SQL, MongoDB, MYSQL etc.
• Understanding of UI.
• Work with the automation team on integrated tools with new technologies.

• Strong written and oral communication skills (Must have).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Must be a team player but should also understand the importance of individual contributions.

• Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation including night shifts.
• Candidate should be open for transfer to another location or office, if the job requires so or in the interest of the business requirements.
• The work location will be decided by the Organization depending upon the business requirement.
• Candidate should be amendable to work from office.
