Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Application Support / Technical Support.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Basic understanding of web applications and APIs.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a support environment.
• Experience with LOS/LMS or financial applications will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 application support to internal users.
• Attend to application-related queries and issues through calls, emails, and the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to login, access, transactions, application errors, and user configuration.
• Check application logs and basic data issues to identify the cause of problems.
• Perform basic SQL/database checks where required.
• Escalate complex issues to the Development, Product, QA, or senior support team.
• Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution as per defined SLA/TAT.
• Assist in application testing, UAT, upgrades, and new releases.
• Maintain basic documentation of common issues and their solutions.
