Qualifications

• L1/L2 application support experience for lending apps or core banking systems.
• Experience in monitoring and handling loan processing workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot loan calculations, EMI schedules, and repayments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for lending applications and loan processing systems.
• Monitor origination, servicing, repayment, disbursement, and collection workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues involving loan applications, credit checks, eligibility, interest calculations, EMI schedules, and repayment processing.
• Analyze logs and run SQL queries to investigate production issues.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests using ServiceNow or Jira.
• Coordinate with development, QA, infra, DB, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Support batch jobs, scheduled processes, API integrations, and third‑party interfaces.
• Investigate transaction failures, payment discrepancies, and data mismatches.
• Perform RCA and prepare incident reports.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure timely production incident resolution.
• Support releases, deployments, patches, and post‑deployment validation.
• Maintain support docs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Follow banking security policies, data privacy requirements, and change management procedures.
