Job summary

iProgrammer Solutions in Pune is seeking enthusiastic Junior Sales Executives with strong communication and a passion for IT services sales. MBA in Sales & Marketing candidates with AI knowledge and willingness to travel are preferred.

You will support the sales team across lead generation, client research, proposals, and presentations, and travel pan-India to meet clients; coordination with technical teams; and target-driven performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development; fresh MBA graduates with a strong interest in sales can also apply.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• AI familiarity will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, researching potential clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communication.
• Participate in client meetings, sales visits, webinars, conferences, and networking events (Pan India).
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM/ATS tools.
• Stay updated on IT services, emerging technologies, and AI-driven solutions.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
