Job summary

Phensa is seeking an experienced Junior Recruiter to join its HR team in India. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, and engineering services projects, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels, and coordinating interviews with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical recruitment.
• Mandatory experience in recruitment for Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore/related engineering sectors.
• Experience hiring engineering professionals such as Structural, Piping, Naval Architecture, Marine, Offshore, and Design Engineers is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of technical job descriptions and engineering skill requirements.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with ATS/Recruitment software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates for technical and non-technical positions through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit professionals for Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, and Engineering Services projects.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and industry background.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews with candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS
• Conduct salary discussions and support the offer and negotiation process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for specialized engineering positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support employer branding and other recruitment‑related activities.
