Russell Tobin in India is seeking a Junior Recruiter to source and identify candidates for US staffing requirements through portals and databases, perform initial screening, and coordinate interviews with candidates.

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. You must have excellent verbal and written English, strong interpersonal and sourcing skills, and a willingness to learn US staffing processes. Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift).
