Job summary

IonIdea Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on IT and related domains for US clients. The role requires aggressive outreach, stringent screening, and close collaboration with Team Lead/Account Manager to fulfill hiring needs.

You will source candidates via multiple channels, conduct interviews to assess skills, and use effective negotiation techniques to secure top talent, ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants for client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in US recruitment lifecycle and US tax terms (W2) and visas
• Strong interviewing techniques and candidate engagement
• Go-getter attitude with out-of-the-box thinking

Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT and non-IT candidates to match client requirements
• Interview candidates to assess skills and fit
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social networks and internal databases
• Coordinate with Account Managers to gather requirements and provide qualified candidates
• Conduct negotiations to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge on the US recruitment life cycle.
• Aggressive candidate who will work closely with Team Lead/Account Manager to gather requirements and responsible to hire IT professionals on various skills from different domains.
• Utilize multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to job boards, social networking sites and internal databases.
• Source and screen the candidates according to the Job requirement.
• Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their client requirement
• Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
• Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the Account managers to get feedback on the interviewed candidate.
