BWR’s ratings have rated over 100,000 large Corporates, Banks, Financial Institutions, State and local Governments, and small businesses. BWR provides investors and lenders, with timely and in-depth research across structured finance, public finance, financial institutions, project finance, and corporate sectors.

The Analyst is expected to handle the end-to-end rating process involving the following:

• Credit analysis of financial instruments of medium and large corporates.
• Financial analysis and the ability to make financial projections of the financial instruments.
• Analytical rigor in credit rating proposals
• Maintain excellent quality in the analysis and be up to date on the market/industry information and suitable and need-based rating actions.
• To take ownership of the folio by carrying out regular surveillance, monitoring, reviews every quarter / material event basis, tracking the performance of the companies concerning macroeconomic changes, and handling internal and external audit queries.
• Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, regulations & policies.
• Adept in meeting tight deadlines with no compromise on analytical quality
• Client interaction and managing good relations.

Excellent analytical skills including financial modeling, ratio analysis, and industry knowledge.

Graduate/Post‑Graduate in Finance or Commerce,CA/CFA or any additional certification in Finance will be an added advantage.

Candidates with Financial Analysis of Companies/Corporate Credit Experience will be given high priority.
